Group Counseling

Group therapy is known to be one of the most effective methods of therapy for those with substance use disorders and eating disorders. In addition to individual counseling, group counseling allows those with similar issues to connect with each other and find support. Amanda's current group will provide you with tools to work through the challenges that people face within the first year of sobriety. Group topics include: relapse prevention, co-addiction, navigating 12 step programs, spirituality, social skills and family dynamics. The group is for women and consists of no more than ten members.
