I'm Amanda and I'm so glad you stumbled across my website. I'm a mental health therapist and yoga teacher. When I'm not busy working, you can find me watching psychological thrillers with my boyfriend or walking along the water with our dog. In between seeing clients, you can likely find me laying in half pidgeon (the yoga pose) on the floor, recharging. I'm passionate about traveling and living a full life, despite being in recovery from an addiction and having anxiety. I love being a therapist and empowering women to move beyond their past and their limiting stories. I live for that light bulb moment when a client finds freedom from her past... whether it happens on my therapy couch or on the yoga mat.
